Privacy Policy

This notice describes how the personal data of visitors to www.andreatesta.net is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian law.

Data processed

Browsing data. The computer systems hosting this site acquire, during their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (for example IP addresses, time of the request, page visited, browser type). This data is necessary to use the site, is used only to ensure its correct operation and security, and is retained by the hosting provider for the time strictly necessary.

Contact form. The contact form on the Italian site collects: name, email, reason for contact, the message and — if provided — profession/company and phone number. This data is used exclusively to reply to the request; the fields marked as required are necessary in order to reply. Messages are delivered through the EmailJS service (EmailJS Inc.), which forwards the message to the controller's mailbox and acts as a processor under its own privacy policy; message content is not used for the service's own purposes.

Email. Anyone writing to the email address shown voluntarily provides their address and the data contained in the message, which are used exclusively to reply to the request.

Measurement tools (only with consent). Subject to consent given through the banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for aggregate statistics with IP anonymisation, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (for example a contact form submission). Without consent none of these tools is loaded and no data is sent to Google (Google Consent Mode, default state "denied"). Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; see Google's privacy policy. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.

Typefaces. The fonts used by the site are hosted directly on the www.andreatesta.net server: displaying them involves no connection to third-party servers and no transmission of data to external parties.

Purposes and legal bases

Browsing data is processed to keep the site working and secure (legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR). Data sent through the form or by email is processed to reply to requests for information, course enrolment, consulting, workshops and collaborations (pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, art. 6.1.b GDPR; consent for optional data, art. 6.1.a). Measurement tools are activated only on the basis of consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).

Retention

Messages received through the form or by email are kept for the time needed to handle the request and any relationship arising from it, and in any case in compliance with legal obligations. Google Analytics statistical data is retained for 14 months.

Data sharing

Data is not disseminated or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be accessed only by the controller and by the technical providers that make the service possible (hosting, email, EmailJS and — only with consent — Google), acting as processors or independent controllers.

Your rights

Under articles 15–22 GDPR, you may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, request data portability and withdraw consent by writing to info@andreatesta.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
