Data processed

Browsing data. The computer systems hosting this site acquire, during their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (for example IP addresses, time of the request, page visited, browser type). This data is necessary to use the site, is used only to ensure its correct operation and security, and is retained by the hosting provider for the time strictly necessary.

Data provided voluntarily. The site contains no data collection forms. Anyone writing to the email address shown voluntarily provides their address and the data contained in the message, which are used exclusively to reply to the request.

Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google's servers (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.). When requesting the fonts, the browser transmits the user's IP address to Google. More information is available in Google's privacy policy.

Purposes and legal bases

Browsing data is processed to keep the site working and secure (legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR). Data sent by email is processed to reply to requests for information, consulting, training, workshops and collaborations (pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, art. 6.1.b GDPR, or legitimate interest in replying).

Retention

Email correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the request and any relationship arising from it, and in any case in compliance with legal obligations.

Data sharing

Data is not disseminated or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be accessed only by the controller and by the technical providers hosting the site and the email service, acting as processors or independent controllers.

Your rights

Under articles 15–22 GDPR, you may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and request data portability by writing to info@andreatesta.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
